Its transmission device is equipped with 3 sets of motors <1>Production flowchart: The billets are automatically dialed onto roller path from billet table, then move to appointed position in the furnace; then, the billets rotate on the bottom of furnace. When receiving tapping signal, the heated billets are moved to outlet table and roll to roller path by tapping device. The billets are automatically moved to hot piercing mill. <2> Furnace shape It has 3 phase: preheating, heating, thermal preservation, the furnace is automatically controlled by PLC. It is composed of oil box, main oil pump, control valve table, and others. <5> Combustion system Its function: automatic igniting, order control, voltage transformer, flame supervision, temperature adjustment, flameout alarm. Relieve valve, electromagnetic valve, global valve, pressure gauge and so on are fixed on the tubing. Electromotion butterfly valve, pressure gauge, filter, electromagnetic valve, proportion valve, safety valve, global valve is fixed before each burner. If any emergency such as sudden power off, over-low pressure natural gas, fan malfunction, the natural gas input can be swiftly stopped for keeping furnace safe. <6> Air supply system The air is fed into heating phase, thermal preservation phase by fan through tubing, heat exchanger and thermal air tubing. <7> Fume system It is composed of fume tubing, preheater and fume discharger and chimney. <8> Blow system It is for eliminating natural gas in the hearth when start and stop of furnace work. <9> Control system It is computer-control system of combustion control and mechanical control. Combustion control system It includes temperature control, pressure control, safety alarm inter-lock control. Combustion control system is equipped with programmable controller and project controller. Each variable from gauge is input to PLC, then relevant instruction and ideal value and generated by PLC and input to each executive parts for controlling temperature, pressure, flow at each juncture. 2.
